Linda!  there is no appreciable difference between ZoneAlarm v. 2.1.44 and 
2.6.88.  If anyone would just update it then it should have no trouble 
picking up your previous settings.  When you delete the full version and 
then install the current version is when one could have a problem.  If you 
have a cable modem or DSL and are on a network you should have the paid 
version ZoneAlarm Pro 2.6.  The current version includes a tutorial is all 
that I can see that is different.
