Don't worry Rick, this doesn't work in Opera 5 or NN6 either.  It's pretty 
typical to have to build separate sites for IE and for everything else.  Is 
this site to be viewed by a large audience?  According to the stats at 
TheCounter.com IE5x accounted for 79% of all browsers, IE4x accounted for 
8%, and NN4x accounted for 7%, 
http://www.thecounter.com/stats/2001/April/browser.html so you can get a 
general idea about how much Netscape makes up.  If it's really important to 
have one page viewable to all browsers then don't use any browser specific 
tags like this one.
