Hi all,
I'm a new Windows user; I downloaded "Pandora's Box Trial" and tried to
start Pandora.exe. First, I got an alert that said:
>Unable to create DirectDraw Surface. Make sure that DirectX is installed,
>and then try again.
Then I went to the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and found this:
>The file nv4_disp.dll is uncertified, which means that it has not been
>tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs. You may be able to
>get a certified driver from the manufacturer of the hardware device.
How do I fix this, please?
I have Windows 2000 Professional, Intel Pentium III, 866MHz, 128MB RAM,
DirectX 7.0 (4.07.00.0700).
Thank you,
Marvin
