Matt,
You are asking for a lot of information-more than I can type in one session
here.
For your own domain, the usual cost is $35.00 per year-just for the domain
name by going to www.registerclub.com
www.nomonthlyfees.com is where one of my sites are. I haven't had any
problems for a while now. I did when they were upgrading servers.
At nomonthlyfees, it is $235, setup, includes the $35.00 for your domain
name. There are no monthly fees then as with most others sites which are any
where from $5.00 per month an up depending on features.
On my location, I can have 100 email aliases, something like 10 email lists
and I only need to connect to check my email.
There are some free hosts sites, but most require at least a banner placed
on your pages.
