Yes, I do, expita.com

Updating the web pages to keep them current. All else is cheap and easy.

No. Mail is delivered into UNIX mailbox in mbox format. The site is up and
running 24/7/ When I upload a new or updated web page and you are accessing
the old one at the exact same instance, you wourld get a 404 (not available)
error message.

Through trn, rn on UNIX or via Agent in Windows.

Yes, most hosting ISPs like you to have your another account. Makes like
simpler as you an always have access to the 'net. I have a DSL connection to
Earthlink. Also some of them do not allow relaying of mail so they want you
to have your own SMTP mailer daemon for outbound mail.

No. Hosting ISP provides it.

Nope. I just up and got one. My site is hosted by Superb.net
http://www.superb.net/

I have the U Fully Virtual option (telnet, dedicated IP, ftp,
autoresponders, procmail, etc.)
