I had DSL service from Verizon but lost it when I moved. (Not available in
this area as yet.) But when I had it, my impression was that it was on a
single line. We needed to attach filters to each jack in which a phone was
in use so as to not have any interference on the phone line. Have to say,
on the whole, I was fairly satisfied with my DSL service. But then again,
I was very, very near a Verizon substation so that may have made the
difference.
