I have asked my ISP (here in Oz) why is it that 6 days out of 7, as I log on
to their home page, my firewall blocks access from these people at
216.15.66.222.

(According to Whois). Should I be concerned? Can (or should) I retaliate
in some way? Four billion 'Pings' could be some retaliation! My ISP does
not seem to have any answers for me.
