Got this from a friend. It's over my head. Can anyone help?

the prob is that i want to use a POP3 email addy set up for
me by a group to which i have joined.
i use AOL 6.0 and it will not allow me
to use Outlook Express with a POP3.
i know about the software prog
from www.enetbot.com
which is an interface, allowing me
to use my aol addy with Outlook Express
but i do not want to use my aol addy.
i want to use another POP3 provider.
any ideas? thanks for your help."
