An AMD TBird 1333 recommends at least 300W
power supply. I am running an Athlon 800 and a Tbird 1300,
overclocked to 1444MHz and both are using 300W power
supplies and also 4-case cooling fans which the Tbird definitely
needs as the core temp runs quite high. System stable at
1444, any higher and the temp goes up and system unstable.
However the Tbird also has 2-HD, 250-ZIP, CD-RW, CD-DVD.
Sounds like you definitely have a power supply problem. I would
recommend an Antec SX830 Workstation Tower case w/4 cooling
fans and the 300W power supply. Mobo - MS-6330 K7Turbo w-6 PCI slots
