Pull everything off the board except the ram and video card and then
reboot, if it starts fine then start adding components. Floppy drive, hard
drive, then cd. After this all the other components. DDR really likes the
300 watt pu as the minimum, regardless of what other components are
added. You could also connect this power supply to your other system, if
it works fine then you may have a bad stick of memory. Move the cards
around the different slots, some boards are finicky. HTH
