Win 98 installed the Task Scheduler by default -- big brother is watching
over you (:<)
If you have Norton AntiVirus or some other task (like maybe Tuneup) then DO
NOT remove it. (I have these set to run in early AM hours so Task Scheduler
is still active on my system).
However, if you want to remove the task scheduler from the systray, see
