There were lots of references to registry entry and a couple of other
things that I would be nervous about dumping. Any thoughts.<<<<<<<<

Totally empty the C:\Windows\Temp folder! You will have no problems!

cookies because they are not a major problem. However is it possible to
be selective without going through every individual cookie.<<<<<<<<<<<<<

In Window Explorer Click on View. Look at menu and select arrange icons
by Internet address........that should help make it easier to SELECT cookies
that you
want to keep, then click edit, invert, and delete the junk files all at
once.

I use the same program everyday! As you view a folder using the Browser,
Paint Shop Pro
saves the folder's image information to a cache file named pspbrwse.jbf,
and
it stores that file in a folder on your hard drive.

Solution: Click on start then, find files and folders and type:
pspbrwse.jbf and search your drives.
 Delete all those .jbf files...........

In PSP click on file go to preferences, general preferences, click browser
tab and then
UNCHECK Save Browser files to disk it would save you this trouble!

available but it is in the wrong place.<<<<<<<<<
My hard drive is not partitioned yet! So I can only suggest that you think
about where
your data is stored and if it is on the C: drive to move some of it
elsewhere!

Good luck, Don't forget to do a thorough scan disk and defrag!
