I have an orig win95 CD and manual I'll unload, but I don't
know if it's a or b. How would one find that out? (You'd be
better off with win98 :)

Subject: PCWorks: Fw: [PCTechTalk] Windows 95b

Hello all,

Does anyone know if there is still someplace I could buy a
Windows 95b CD.
I currently still have Windows 95a which I am happy with
(slow to
change as a novice and short on funds). However, I recently
purchased
NortonSystem Utilities 2001, but when I try to install it, I
get a message
that states it is only compatible with Windows 95b or later.
Also, would I
be able to install Windows 95b over Windows 95a without
losing all my
current files? Or would there be a problem with the FAT16
of Windows 95a
and the FAT32 of Windows 95b Thanks for any replys.
