This problem is common for those users that install (or re-install) Win 95 OSR2.1 over OSR2 OSR2.1 is really OSR2 with the USB Supplement. You have two choices to fix the problem: 1. Look for a file called OEMUSB.EXE. If found, execute it. It will update the "old" Win 95 to the newer Win 95. 2. Go to START; Settings; Control Panel; Add/Remove Programs. In the list, double click on USB Supplement for OSR2 (to remove it). Click on Yes to reboot.
