Hi PCWorkers, I am using Windows 2000 and I connect to the internet via dial up. I use Outlook to manage me emails and ATT is my ISP. When I send email to anyone with an AOL address, it vanishes into cyberspace. It does not come back to me and it does not get to its proper recipient. When I go to the ATT web site and send emails to AOL clients, they are received without a problem. I have no problems receiving emails from AOL users.
(I use Norton System Works 2000 which is supposed to include v*rus scans of incoming and outgoing emails (presently not functioning) and I have separate issues with the "redirect" of that program, but cannot find any settings in that software that might be prohibiting sending emails to aol.com .) Has anyone ever heard of such an issue? Thank you in advance for any help that you might have with this issue.
