That's because IE4 is not the add/remove programs area (when you 'restore previous version' of latter than IE5, it usually goes back to 4 which is the version that is with win98). IE6 has no 'repair tool' the way IE5 does? You don't need to access from the CP, just to "system information" in the 'accessories' then 'system tools folder'. Then open it and go to 'tools' then you'll see it. -Clint
