Roger,
The option to open frame in new window is there if you had IE 5.01 and the service
pack, then upgraded to IE 6.0
Somehow, when I reinstalled windows I have been unable to get IE 6.0 entirely off
my computer so that I can install IE 5.01 again and get those features.
