Jeff have you, or did you try those SP files in IE 6? I
forget which exactly, but some of the features in IE 5.01 are
not part of 5.01 but from the add on's.

Roger,
The option to open frame in new window is there if you had IE
5.01 and the service
pack, then upgraded to IE 6.0
Somehow, when I reinstalled windows I have been unable to get
IE 6.0 entirely off
my computer so that I can install IE 5.01 again and get those
features.
Jeff
