While it may be true, that XP will only recognize FAT32 up
to 32GB, the fact is I'm running XP on two different machines
and one has 120-GB WD HD, with 4 partitions: and the other
machine is running 80GB WD HD with 3-partitions

Win-XP with 120GB HD - Western Digital
C: 32.14GB
D: 30.67GB
E: 28.08GB
F: 29.09GB
Total 119.98GB

My 80GB on another system is also similarly partitioned:
Win-XP with 80GB HD - Western Digital
C: 26.66GB
D: 26.66GB
E: 26.66GB
Total 79.98GB
So, it is very easy to get around the 32GB FAT and XP limitations.

MB1- SOYO - SY-K7V DRAGON PLUS 768Megs onboard memory installed
MB2 - Microstar K7T TURBO (MS-6330) 768 Megs onboard memory installed

According to page 4 of the WIN XP "Start Here" booklet that comes with
the XP CD, FAT 32 only recognizes hard drives up to 32GB. Perhaps you
need to switch to NTFS, which supports up to 2TB. The problem might be
with the OS and not the motherboard.
