It depends what you mean by `recognise`.

2 of my 4 80GB Hds are formatted with FAT32 as;

D: & K: 37.2GB
E: & L: 38.1GB
F: & M: 38.1GB

These were formatted with PartitionMagic 7.0 under WinME, but WinXP has
no problem dealing with them.

Whether or not WinXP is capable of formatting partitions of this size is
another matter.
