It depends what you mean by `recognise`. 2 of my 4 80GB Hds are formatted with FAT32 as; D: & K: 37.2GB E: & L: 38.1GB F: & M: 38.1GB These were formatted with PartitionMagic 7.0 under WinME, but WinXP has no problem dealing with them.
