We'll need to know what kind of computer this is. Some brands may make this very difficult. XP is a far superior O/S. My suggestion is that your friend learn more about it-especially how to make it look more like Win 98. He may run into serious driver problems doing this reinstall. Hi, I have a friend who recently bought a computer that already had Ms XP on it. He hates XP and would like to delete it and install Ms Windows 98, which he is used to. He has tried everything to do this, even called the company, and he can't get rid of XP so that he can install 98. Any suggestions?
