I think I read somewhere that you get the cd-key that was entered during installation out of the registry somewhere. I have a Dell laptop with XP and I can't find the CD key. It wasn't on the sleeve the CD was in. Can someone help me? I still can't get to live update on the laptop and want to try reinstalling the OS. Thank you. Jeff
