Felt that I should let the list know that I found the problem causing the loss
of this function. In trying to install another program, I received an error
which traced back to an improper dll or tlb file. For Windows 98, there is a
fix that Microsoft released called mcrepair.exe. This reverted the versions of

Asyncfilt.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Stdole2.tlb
Olepro32.dll back to those compatible with Windows 98. With the installation of
mcrepair.exe, the installation of the other program and the Find Target both
worked.

Just another case where updateing is not always the thing to do.
