Of the two I have found Connectix Virtual PC to be smoother plus it has the damned MS logo certification :/
If you will have 1 gig of memory then you can forget about a triple boot with 98 as any more memory than 512 mb will cause 98 to fail.
However if you use Virtual PC then you can control how much memory each OS can use. For example you can give 98 64 mb, win2k 128 mb and XP 256 mb, plus you can control their hard drive sizes too. With memory controlling you can then smoothly boot into all your OS's concurrently.
Unless you can figure out how to force 98 to see only 512 then you will be set for the triple boot :(

Thanks for the info and advice - that was my full intention of using FAT32 for each partition. Of the two programs you mentioned, which have you found to be the best - I will have 1 Gig of PC2700 DDR ram on the system (think it is 2700 - it is supposed to be the fasted DDR ram available that got installed on this P4PE motherboard from ASUS.)
BUT, am I correct or not of what I thought I saw on Microsoft's tech site - that by doing the install in the order I gave, and each OS in a different partition, that I can have a triple boot option??? That is what I am REALLY wondering the most.
