Is the "language auto selection" window popping up? If not you may have it disabled. I get this window popping up even with ENGLISH emails. I'm not sure why, but it may be due to an unsupported font or a font not installed (I always say 'no' to it and the email displays fine). In IE6 go to the 'advanced' tab and there are two areas to check for 'install on demand'. See if that will install the fonts when the emails are displayed. -Clint
