The message was to Rocky Fithian, who you responded to about the possibility of the missing font. I was thinking that due to the time frame involved, the possibility was there that a program that created the original file has since been removed or the extension associated with another program. The original message: I have a friend who has some messages on his computer that were made by his wife. Some of them are in normal plain text. Some of them when he tries to open them they are in another type of language. They show squares and other type symbols. Does anyone know what it may be and what you can use to read it or convert it to be read. His wife and him parted a few years ago and this stuff he would like to read, but can't. Any ideas?
