Hi All.. Yesterday I ran the thorough Scan Disc on my computer.. Am running Win 98SE.. Pent. 4..
After several hours.. a screen came up.. stating something like " I have something running in the back ground.. it has attempted to start up 10 times"... I had disconnected the DSL.. shut down the AVG v**rus.. and Zone Alarm.. the only thing that was showing next to the clock was the icon for the sound.. Can someone please tell me how I can run this scan all the way through? What could be running in the background? and if there is how can I get it to stop running? Thanks so much..
