I read the other day, in a book by Robert Penfold on Widows XP Trouble
Shooting, something which I thought was a good idea. He said that, in common
with other operating systems, "dll" files were the ones which were
problematic when things went wrong. So, he said it was a good idea to copy
all the many thousands of them to a CD. Finding them of course to do just
that, is no problem. What is a problem is that when I try to copy them,
having found them, I am told "Cannot read from the source file or disk"
This only happens in these particular circumstances....trying to copy *.dll
files. I can copy other types of files
Can anybody please tell me what to do...I've tried different ways, even DOS.

Running Windows XP Professional. Build 2600
Thank you
Harold W
