No, sorry.  I've posted that so many times I didn't notice I left that out!
I didn't want to do into too much detail on the cam since it's may be OT,
but the reader drivers problem isn't.  When the card is placed in the 'cam:

asking to format (or shutoff). I went to format it in the 'cam, and it's
saying 'error'. I put it back in the reader, did the error checking
(scandisk) on it, no problems. I can place things on it when it's on the PC
and the card reader. I even tried formatting it on the PC and still get the
same error in the camera. It just shows the outline of the SM card and !
mark on it, and 'error'. The OM XD card still works fine."

Can you format it in the camera. There may be overhead that the Olympus
puts on that a generic formatting program doesn't. If
this doesn't work then I think that you might investigate any warrenties
otherwise, you have a door shim.
