Or, spend a few bucks, get your own domain name.
I recently changed a few of my email addresses that were recipients of s p a m. I 
clearly cut out all of
the junk mail I was receiving. When a legitimate person sends an email to one of the 
old emails, they
received a bounce warning that also includes one of my new emails.
Most of the time, bouncing an email containing S P A M, does not go back to anyone 
since the sender is
usually forged.
This has saved me so much time!
BTW, I do have almost 600 email filters set up...but they all seem to get through that 
somehow.

Go here and download and install the free email filter/analyzer "K9."
Spend a few minutes learning it (it is fairly easy to set up) and then you
can let the watchdog do the leg work.  I use it all the time.  Great
program.
