Or, spend a few bucks, get your own domain name. I recently changed a few of my email addresses that were recipients of s p a m. I clearly cut out all of the junk mail I was receiving. When a legitimate person sends an email to one of the old emails, they received a bounce warning that also includes one of my new emails. Most of the time, bouncing an email containing S P A M, does not go back to anyone since the sender is usually forged. This has saved me so much time! BTW, I do have almost 600 email filters set up...but they all seem to get through that somehow.

Spend a few minutes learning it (it is fairly easy to set up) and then you can let the watchdog do the leg work. I use it all the time.
