Larry, I haven't done this for a while but IIRC, there is/or was at least one rip vinyl program available as freeware. I know it worked fine for me, line out to line in and let the software sort out the tracks. Process is effectively identical to working from vinyl except, from tape, you don't need a preamp for correction. HTN.
