This is an essential and variable file that is the heart of your windows virtual 
memory. Its called the swap file and cannot be deleted. Even if you were to get rid of 
it, the next time you started windows, it would build it again.  Leave it and other 
windows files alone.  Unless you know EXACTLY what the file is and what it is for, you 
will do more harm than good in deleting files randomly.
