Hi, I am getting messages from ZoneAlarm Pro that have the form shown below about every 10-15 seconds - I can't even write a short e-mail message without being interrupted. The "what happened?" section of the ZoneLabs web-page says there's no need for concern. Is this true? Why am I being Ping'ed so often? How do I get the interruptions to stop without compromising the effectiveness of the firewall? The addresses are associated with some place called RCN. Why are they interested in me?
