I've found that, after a short period of training, the new netscape 7.1 with its sp*m
filter is working to the point
that my 'throwaway' address has virtually no mail left in the in box after retreiving
it. Its a netscape web mail, but
with netscape, can be downloaded just as any other pop site. It also works quite well
on my other accounts and I would
say that out of several hundred sp*m mails in a week, I probably see only a half dozen
or so. Now that the training
session is over, I only have to click on the sp*m icon to add these few additionals to
the listings. Many say that they
don't like Netscape, but IMHO, this is one of the best versions with some of the best
controls for sp*m and popups.
