It sounds like your ISP doesn't support Eudora but won't come out and say
it either. Maybe they are using Exchange as their email server, I hope
they are not but if they are then they may have configuration problems with
it and other email programs outside of OE or Outlook. Gerry would likely
have the best solution to this question. HTH
