Sort of. When I run checks on UCE and if there is for example
a 12. IP prefix, sometimes it shows Comcast and sometimes it
shows ATTBI. In the details sometimes it may show ALL Comcast
or ALL ATTBI, and other times it may say "ATTBI" but in the
contact area it show Comcast and vice-versa. Most, not all,
but most of Comcast UCE is from 67. or 68. IP prefixes. At any
rate, how ever they are connected with one another, they BOTH
are hideous. Sort of like Verizon and Bizmailsrvcs....see next
reply.

Aren't ATTBI and Comcast one and the same?
