Yeah relaying is problem and many ISP's don't care about it. Verizon may not have much relaying, but in my unfortunate experiences with them, they are probably worse than Comcast, and not much relaying doesn't say much since their OWN customers are doing the attacks. Especially their Bizmailsrvcs division. They bounce back all reporting emails and the emails given for them in ALL look-ups are bogus. The Bizmailsrvcs division usually has the 4. IP prefix. I've seen thousands of complaints for the SAME IP address and SAME domains hosted by them, and they do nothing. -Clint

I'm sure they are some how scanning their members' emails that are at this list for email addresses to sell to APNIC and LACNIC. Hotmail (and Yahoo) also give/sell their members' addresses to spammers. I know Linda is on Comcast and I didn't know that until recently. She had been emailing me and I could not get her emails (or posts) since I was forced to block millions of Comcast IP addresses. The FTC REALLY needs to prosecute Comcast. Ben's ISP is also blocked, he's on the one of the worse IP prefixes there is, (12.xx.xx of ATTBI I think it was) and he has to send email to a private address of mine.
