Hey Erick, thanks for answering my plea for help.  My computer is an HP
Pavilion  7975....printer is
  HP Photosmart 1215.

  When I click on one of the Scrap icons, a box comes up with "Problem with
Scrap/Document Short" at the very top.....then there is a yellow triangle
with an exclamation point in it.....then this message, "Unable to open
C:\DOCUME~Owner\Desktop\SCRAP(~1.SHS........The the next line has "The
server threw an exception."  Then OK.

   I have made sure that I have copied everything in the box exactly like it
is on my deskton, including all caps and the single parenthesis.   Ann
