We have 384k/128k SBC DSL but the 384k is below the gaurntee 192k and we are around 160k. SBC says you should not have it. We had to fight with the president of SBC down in Texas.
Why? Because we are too far from the CO. So CO distance will come into play. Someone down the hall is getting 300k. Accross the street is going to a different CO and can get ADSL. Supposedly once you get on a certian facility I think at the poll, they cannot move you legally.. Or it is just BS. If you want what you asked for go cable or more costly SDSL. (Same speed both ways and you get the speed you ask for not up to..)
