Hi Clint, I checked it again last night, and it looks like the info IS there, (but I can't remember the passwords so I can uninstall and re-install the program) but when I try to connect to the sites, nothing happens. Probably still something to do with spybot and Ad-aware. I know I had those passwords written down, but can't find them. I might have to just uninstall and re-install anyway and try to get the passwords again. Thanks.

Like it says in the info, remove/delete with CAUTION. Just because in its results it shows something, doesn't mean you should check all the boxes. You have to go through EACH of the entries and check ONLY the boxes for removal of things you know about and don't want or don't need. It's not going to say something like "WS FTP password log file", so you have to watch what you let it delete. -Clint God Bless Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com ) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lisa Schnepf" < I've recently run spybot and ad-aware to get rid of some spyware. Now I have a few programs that aren't working right. I'm using WS-FTP Pro, and now when I try to connect to my sites, I can't. It seems that the user ID and passwords that were saved are gone. I know I wrote them down somewhere, but can't seem to find them at the moment. Anyone else ever have this problem? Lisa ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
