I've recently run spybot and ad-aware to get rid of some spyware. Now I have a few programs that aren't working right. I'm using WS-FTP Pro, and now when I try to connect to my sites, I can't. It seems that the user ID and passwords that were saved are gone. I know I wrote them down somewhere, but can't seem to find them at the moment. Anyone else ever have this problem?
