Yes, SpyBot, and that's what it does if you let it.  Overly
aggressive clean-up.

Lisa you lost me on your last post.  What is it that you need
to uninstall and reinstall and why do you need passwords for
that?  Why can't you get to websites, the net connection won't
let you?  The original post is not below, nor mine, and I don't
have them anymore so I have nothing to reference.
