Hi Jeff, When I hit restore, it shows me what cookies, etc. were deleted. None of them said WS_FTP in them.

I don't know if anything was associated with WS_FTP Pro. I had a few other problems, too, like my digital camera software not working and had to reinstall that, too. Do we have to keep the spyware on our computers in order for other software to run properly? Kind of seems illegal to me. I didn't restore anything yet.
