Harold, what is the make and model of your computer? I thought you mentioned

That was a year ago, I had a HP. When I then moved up to WinXP I got a 
Compaq Presario (in Staples), Model # SR152NX. Compaq's website asks for 
Product number (PX801AA-ABA) and the URL is:
