Vern, you say you have replaced the power supply and hard drive, how long ago did you replace the power supply? Was it a generic unit or a brand name power supply, some brand name's have 3 year warranties. What motherboard do you have? How many fans installed in the case, normally one in the lower on the front(in) and one below the power supply(out). Is your case steel aluminum, or plastic?

I have a had a power supply that would overheat and shut down the system and with the current temp's in your area this would be highly likely.

My computer has started rebooting itself. Where should I start looking?

Started out about once a month now about once every other day or so.

Computer is 5 year old clone running WinXP. Over the years I've replaced the hard drive and power supply.
