This is a very good criticism of the situation, and I know have been guilty of this myself as well. I have tried to then stop giving unproductive criticism and start spending that time fixing things instead, i.e. less time emailing, more time learning the code and coding. .hc ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---- Looking at things from a more basic level, you can come up with a more direct solution...
