i think i found the culprit and fixed it in in the "more feedback fixes"
branch [116].
actually this fixes the "pd -nrt crashes if it cannot find pd-watchdog",
which might be the cause of your problem - or not.
so could you test this branch and see whether the crash goes away?

Oh, something I did lightyears ago for matjus desire data and then got
pulled into Pd-extended now arrived in vanilla? I'm thrilled, probably
need to switch my system language to German to test this :)
