If it's fairly small, pasting a screen capture
into the Word doc may be the best bet.
If not -- in addition to the other suggestions, there is
the option of using Word's OLE features to embed or link
to the PDF from the Word document. This of course
requires:
a) that the PDF is not copy-protected, and
b) that the end-user of the document has Acrobat
Reader or an equivalent installed.
Also, OLE linking requires that a local copy of the PDF
be available to the end user, whereas OLE embedding
creates a clone of the original inside the Word file.
If all the above conditions are satisfied, here's the
procedure:
In Word, open the Insert menu, choose Object, click
Adobe Acrobat Document, and then navigate to the
name of the PDF you want to embed or link to.
