1. Check the finished paper size when you print to file ie the paper size that it would print to if it were going to a printer
2. Make sure you are not including crop marks or bleeds INSIDE the page boundary
3. Make sure that the scale setting is 100% (Print > Paper > Scale). Also look to see if the preview panel (RH side) shows anything unusual.
4. Check your Distiller job options for any unusual size settings
5. Try using a different printer driver and PPD to see if it makes a difference

Hello.  I am new to the list so sorry for the rough lingo.  I just
started at a new graphics company and I am required to create images in
Adobe PageMaker.  Then I am required to convert them into a PS (Post
Script) and then into a PDF through Acrobat Distiller.  When I open my
PDF through Acrobat Reader my original image is shrunk.  Can someone
tell me why?  And tell me how to fix it.
