Hi Nicole, 1. Look in your printer settings and make sure "fit to page" isn't on, or "shrink to fit" or anything that looks like that. Everything should be at 100%. In Pagemaker, when choosing your page size, check off the crop marks and page information boxes, and THEN choose the custom page size. Pagemaker will automatically calculate the page size including crops for you if you do this in that order. 2. Use the Acrobat Distiller ppd, or some other appropriate ppd like the DDAP ppd that is device-independent so you may put in your page size yourself plus margins for cropmarks. In the interest of accuracy I wouldn't suggest playing with percentages to make it come out right--too many margins for error if someone else picks up the file, plus you should have a pdf of the original document, straight up.
